    Come out and support the Educational Foundation of Seneca High School, Cross Country Team, and local charities! This fast 5K will start just outside our new gymnasium and finish on the football field 50 yard line. Awards will be announced under the stadium lights to follow.  

    Important race details:

    • Race starts at 7:00 pm
    • Course closes at 8:30 pm
    • Race day registration and packet pick up will start at 5:00 pm in the new gymnasium 
    • Early bird registration ends on July 31st
    • Race is being timed by Racing Expectations
    • There will be a water station along the course and refreshments at the finish line
    • Medals for
      • Overall all male and female finisher
      • Top three finishers in each age group
        • Male and female age groups are as follows:
        • 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over
      • First male and female SHS Employee and Student finisher
