Join us for this live in person for the 3rd Annual Frida 5k! Last year was a huge success with people loving our shirt design and medal! This year the Frida 5k will be held in Old Town in Lansing, Michigan. With registration at the Arctic Corner, take a hop, skip and jump over to "The Grid" and that is where the 5k will start and finish as we hit the River Trail, pass by the Brenke Fishing Ladder and head south. 

Each registration receives a customized medal, shirt with the cool Frida design, and ice cream from the Arctic Corner!

Pre-Registration Cost: Register by May 23, 2023: $30.00 and be guaranteed the shirt and customized medal. 

Late Registration Cost: Register after May 23, 2023: $30.00 and shirt and medal are available while supply lasts. Arctic Corner ice cream never lasts long in anyone's hands but will still be offered :)

If you can’t make it or just want the shirt and medal (it’s okay to admit it!), we do offer a Virtual Run/Walk/Crawl that you can do when you choose! Registration for the virtual event closes on May 29th.

Run as a family group and save! - Register 3 or more people at the same time and save $5 per participant (not available for the Virtual Race).

Packet pickup will be Friday, June 9, 2023, at the Arctic Corner Ice Cream Shop in Lansing's Old Town from 4pm to 7:00pm as well as on the day of the race starting at 10:00 am.

The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Results will be lived during the race and texted to participants.
