    The Marshall Recreation Center’s Annual Triathlon is the
    Tri-States only indoor triathlon event. The event features
    swimming, biking, and running...INDOORS! Participants
    complete the swim portion in the lap lanes of the pool, followed
    by a 8 mile spin on the indoor cycling bikes & 2 miles on the
    treadmills. The event is fun for children, adults and spectators!
    Proceeds go towards the student development of our staff by
    providing them with leadership experiences and assisting them
    with conference participation and careers inside and outside of
    Campus Rec.

For the love of all that is good and moisture wicking...
