The Tulip Trot 5K is a benefit race to help support the Freudenthal Center for Parkinson's Disease, a non-profit organization that helps people with Parkinson's Disease (PD) fight its debilitating effects. All proceeds will go to help our various exercise programs in the form of new equipment and facility maintenance, along with providing the means to add new programs to the center, like cycling. Your entry fee will also help to fund our support group by allowing it to afford to purchase support materials that can be handed out at no cost to the participants.

• The race will be held by the Remington Nature Center on April 14th.
• The Race will begin at 2 pm. 
• The 5K Registration includes a T-Shirt. IF you register after March 25, 2024, there will be a limited
  number of L & XL shirts available on race day - first come, first served.
• If you are doing the 1K walk, you may purchase a t-shirt for $10*.
  *$2 more for plus size t-shirts.
