    The Moreno Valley Road Runners Club 10th Annual Jingle Bell Run is Southern California most excited race. The money from this run will help our running club and future day events.

     

    Event details and schedule

    Moreno Valley Road Runners Club will be celebrating our 10th annual Jingle bell fun run at Lake Perris State Recreation Area Dam 17801 Lake Perris Drive Perris, Ca 92571. On December 14, 2024, at 7:00 am.

    What: Don’t miss Southern California’s best Jingle Bell tradition! Run/walk a 5K or 10K before you open gifts. There will be a 1-mile kids race (ages 12 and under) and adorable little Santa helpers (ages 3 and under). Everyone is welcome!

    Where: Enjoy a historic course along the Dam, referred to as The Lake Perris Dam. You’ll pass by such a notable lake. What a great way to see the beautiful lake in the morning.

    Course: The race starts and finishes at the Dam. 10K race will run the 5k course twice. This is a flat long course with no traffic.

    When: 8 days before Christmas December 14, 2024. Packet picks up opens at 7:00 Am. Arrive early!

    Race Start Times: The little trotters run starts at 8:10 AM, The kid’s 1-mile race starts at 8:15 AM, and the 5K and the 10K start at 8:30 AM.

    Awards: Top 3 boys and girls in the 1-mile race, Top 3 open Male and Females in the 5K and 10K.

    Giving away: Medals to all participants and 50 first sign-ups will get a t-shirt.

    Fees: Little trotters are free (ages 3 and under), kids 1 mile race is $5.00, 5K race is $20.00 and the 10K is $25.00. All fees are the same on race day. On race day we take cash, Venmo, Cash app, and Zelle. The entrance to the park will be $10.00.
