    Admiral Prout Track and Field.

    OPEN TO ALL ELIGIBLE MWR PATRONS, WITH BASE ACCESS.

    Events will consist of shot put, 100 meter dash, 200 meter, 400m, 800m, 1600m , 3200m & 4 x 100; 4 x 200; 4 x 400 relays. Medals will be awarded to top 3 male and female finishers. 

    Event time line:

    4:45 pm: check in

    5:00 pm: 100m Dash

    5:20 pm: 4 x 200m relay

    5:50 pm: 1600m run

    6:10 pm: 4 x 100m relay

    6:30 pm: 400m Dash

    6:50 pm: Shot Put

    7:10 pm: 800m Run

    7:20 pm: 200m dash

    7:40 pm: 3200m run

    8:00 pm: 4 x 400m relay
