    15min swim in our new Aquatic Center (10min transition)

    15min bike ride on the Pike River Pathway (5min transition)

    15min run on the Pike River Pathway 

    Distance amounts per leg will total up to your overall distance, giving us the standings.

    Each wave will be limited to 10 people.

    Volunteers can sign up as well.
