    The Movement with a Mission Sprint Triathlon is a sprint triathlon where individuals or teams of up to 3 people swim 1/4 mile (400 meters), bike 8.1 miles (13 km), and run 3.1 miles (5 km). The 4 Day Movement, Inc 501(C)(3) nonprofit is hosting this charity fundraiser. Proceeds will go towards helping to shelter and feed vulnerable families. The event will be held at the Goldsboro, NC YMCA, and is open to teams and individuals ages 14 and above (max. 3 person team).

    Race Day check-in begins at 6:30 am, Beginner's Gathering/Q and A Session at 7:00 am, Pre-Race Meeting/Rules/Logistics at 7:24 am, Triathlon start time 7:45 am
