    Rhonda Walker Foundation celebrates the 14th annual Give and Get Fit Health and Fitness event on Sunday, July 28, 2024, including a 5K/10K Run/Walk & Health Fair!

    Give and Get Fit will bring together over 400 health-conscious Metro Detroiters and friends from around the country, of all ages for a fun-filled weekend of health, fitness, and a 5K/10K run/walk along the beautiful Detroit Riverwalk or at a (virtual) route of your choice! All registered 5K/10K participants will receive a performance shirt, medal, and special discounts from our partners! Shirts are only guaranteed for 5K/10K pre-registered attendees.

    Proceeds benefit Rhonda Walker Foundation's award-winning, five-year Girls into Women Program for inner-city teen girls that includes college prep, career and personal development mentoring, health and wellness, and community outreach. We encourage all participants to become a Champion for our RWF Teens by fundraising $250 to support our award-winning Girls into Women Program, celebrating nearly 20 years as Detroit's premier mentoring organization for teen girls.
