1st Leg 5K Run fairly flat, paved neighborhood streets 2nd Leg 15.5 Bike Route moderate elevation, scenic rural route, out and back with a loop in the middle 3rd Leg 2 Mile Run fairly flat, paved neighborhood streets |

| Directions To Start/Finish: | From Madison, Hwy 51 North to Vinburn Road. Left on Vinburn to Southbound Dr. Take a right and follow the signs. From the North, Highway I-90 to Hwy V exit, turn left (east) to Main Street. Turn right and proceed to Vinburn. Turn left to Southbound and follow the signs. |

| Additional Info: | Friday, June 10th early packet pick up location, Midwest Professional Karate, 160 Commerce St., Deforest. Located next to the Deforest Public Library. Times for pick up 5 pm - 7 pm. Day of The Norski Duathlon, registration at the Middle School location 6 am to 7:15 am. Transition area will be open at 6 am and will close at 7:45 and race starts at 8 Plan to participate and spend the day in the Deforest Area with family and friends.   |
