Just moved to Glendale a couple months ago from Kentucky and am looking for someone fairly close to my running pace to train with.
I am coming back from a partially torn achilles and being new to the area am finding it hard to get motivated.
My times when in race shape are high 16's for a 5k......35's for a 10k, and around 3 hours for a marathon (Ran 3:02 at Boston last year) I usually train around 7 minute miles but right now it is closer to 7:30 since I am barely running.
I dont care if you are a guy/girl slower or faster or whatever, just having someone to run with and do a long run with once a week would be huge, I'm sure you all understand that.
