I would like to invite you to NovaCare's 1st Running Expo/Clinic. The event will be held at the Cityline NovaCare 100 Presidential Blvd Bala Cynwyd PA 19004 Sept 12th 12:00-3:00. This event would benefit experienced and inexperienced runners. We will have presenters from Philadelphia Runner, Tracy Peel Speed a Movement Specialist and NovaCare. Philadelphia Runner will do a video analysis of your running gait on the treadmill, Tracy Peel will analysis your running style/gait pattern helping to make your run more efficient. NovaCare will discuss treatment, injuries stretching and strenghtening. Please come out and join us!!!!!!!
