I am currently using an old pair of new balance running shoes that I bought a long time ago when I didn't know anything about running. I always have pain in the knee and ankle areas after a six to nine mile run. I am getting into the racing scene now and need to have proper footwear so that I can actually gain from my runs.
                            Thanks,

Go to Big Peach and they will actually probe your feet and tell you the kind of shoe you really need...
