638 runners completed the South Shore Half Marathon this year, a huge jump from last year's 470.
Relatively speaking, we had great weather. In recent year's South Shore's weather has been cold, rainy windy, and the course has featured lots of standing water. This year, a brisk and sunny day, and no standing water on the course.
Pre and post race gatherings included hanging out with my running friends, many of them running, a few of them volunteering.
My 1:41:34, and PR by over 5 minutes earned me 3rd place in my division.
Great day. Friends, sunshine and a PR.
