This is a community outreach, rather tun a personal question. I'm an ENT doctor (a snoring specialist, actually), who has serendipitously treated a number of triathletes with nasal obstruction with an office based procedure called turbinate collation. It's a 5 minute, minimally invasive procedure that opens up the nasal airway by shrinking some tissue inside the nose. They have all told me that this is a procedure that many runners might be interested in to nasal breathing and performance, so I'm looking for advice on how to reach out to (market to) this community. Any advice will be appreciated. Information regarding the procedure can be found on my website: http://www.snoringcenter.com
Thanks in advance,
