What do you eat to stay energized?  Between breastfeeding and running I'm not sure when I've eaten enough or if I'm eating the right thing.  My body craves carbs like it's my job!  Any advice?

Breastfeeding is the kind of love that we can give to our children without hesitation.  However, it becomes uncomfortable when we intend to run and have a lot of milk supply in our breast because its heavy.  I suggest you read the breastfeeding tips of the running moms at http://www.lordofpapers.com/paper-writers to give you insights on how to go about your running schedule.
